The client’s in-house property listing process was time-consuming and kept resources busy with transactional operations when they could instead concentrate on growing the business. The client, therefore, was on the lookout for an outsourcing partner who understood the real-estate business and could bring in productivity and scale to the listing operations.

The client decided to partner with Cogneesol to revamp the existing operating model. As part of the new operating model, we worked with client teams to segregate core and non-core activities. The proposed solution ensured that Cogneesol took over the complete listing process, and the client’s onshore team handled prospects on a house hunt, listed down their requirements, and sent us the list for a complete assessment.

Our team analyzed the specifics of the requirements, matched them with the availability listing out options that were then shared with the prospects for their evaluations.

Our team also assisted with sales data collation for the client’s review and strategy outlining. In addition, we took to servicing client locations in the US from 8 am to 8 pm EST that brought in further timeliness to property listings, requirements analysis, and reporting out.
