Taran Sidhu, Director and CEO

As Director and CEO, Taran Sidhu leads all outsourcing operations across group delivery centers. In this capacity, Taran oversees Cogneesol’s outsourcing business operations, overall business strategy and manages all delivery, quality control and administrative services.

He has an extensive experience in the outsourcing industry providing consulting and advisory services to International Customers. His expertise includes business development, operations, performance improvement and strategic planning. Prior to Cogneesol, Taran has worked in Senior Management positions with a leading Indian outsourcing company. He was instrumental in setting up independent profit centres in India and Latin America. Taran has a MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.

David Antony

David Antony, Director

David Antony has been in the IT and ITES industry for over 24 years. He graduated with a degree in Electronics and a post graduate degree in Business Administration. He has worked in a senior management capacity with leading Software Development, IT training and consultancy firms across India and the Middle East.

A people person, he inspires and nurtures people to achieve their full potential. An idealist and a tenacious individual, he believes in getting the job done and lives by his personal motto "The difficult can be done, the impossible takes a little longer". He is known for his intense curiosity and desire to learn, and has a wide range of interests.


Manju Saini, Director (Sales)

Manju Saini, MBA (IIMA), has over 15 years experience in IT and BPO sectors across the globe (India, UAE, Japan and Australia) in various domains and functions.

She has worked on diverse engagements involving ERPs like SAP, Oracle and Microsoft. She has worked with Global companies like Societe Generale, Royal Sun Alliance, BNP Paribas, TNT and many others. She is proficient in senior stakeholder management and is result-oriented and dynamic. Having worked across diverse cultures and with excellent skills in planning & execution, she is proficient in handling global clients spanning multiple geographies, diverse industries (Banks, Insurance, Logistics, Pharma etc.) and large budgets.


Harjot Mangat, Director, Legal (Canada)

Harjot Mangat, serves as Director, Legal Solutions at Cogneesol. Based in the Toronto, he advises clients on legal solutions throughout that region. He has worked with a broad range of law departments and law firms, researching and addressing important issues around their business and operational processes.

He is a trained lawyer from India, MBA from Leeds Business School in England and has an Immigrant Consultant Diploma from York College. He has over 10 years of experience in legal field and has been involved in sales training project for a multi billion dollar company. He is a prolific writer and contributes regularly to South Asian newspapers in Toronto.


Deepa, Vice President (Canada)

A passionate advocate with unique international work experience of over three continents, Deepa achieves success in diversity. She understands the power of hard work, adaptability and strategic preparation in overcoming the toughest challenges in life. It is with such dedication and global perspective that she advices her clients on complex legal issues.

Drawing on her roots, Deepa is passionate about delivering practical legal solutions and providing greater access to justice to clients. Deepa is a Barrister & Solicitor, currently working in Toronto. She has a MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility from Leeds Business School in Leeds, England and is also a post graduate in Fundraising and Volunteer Management from Toronto, Canada.

She is also a lawyer in good standing with Bar Council of Delhi, India. Deepa has a vast experience in Legal and Management services like drafting, advocacy, referrals, navigating clients through legal process in a linguistically & culturally appropriate way.


Kamal Desour, Business Head (Italy)

Kamal has been brought up in Mantua city, North Italy. While studying and working there, he had a thriving urge for marketing and commercial activities. He started his career with Sorgenia Energy as a Marketing Supervisor and polished his skills with moving ahead with one of the leading renewable energy companies, named ‘NWG’ as a Marketing head.

Further touching the perfection by working in multiple sectors like industrial with ‘Iveco’ unit for Fiat, public sector with city administration, aviation industry, financial and banking sector, general insurance along with debt management with SDL of Brescia, Kamal has gained profound knowledge of multiple cultures, understanding of the work strategies and work force. This has also helped him maximize good commercial skills to meet the mission. Current collaboration with Italian multinationals for investment projects in various sectors in India along with renewable energy, power sector and outsourcing.
