Michael Scunziano is Cogneesol’s Chief Growth Officer. He drives the organization’s sales growth, develops strategic partnerships, and spearheads our expansion plans in North America.

Anupam Jain is the Head of Strategy and Transformation in Cogneesol. He is responsible for the organization’s go-to-market strategy across all geographies and service lines.

With strong experience in the ITES industry, Anupam has worked closely with top management teams to define strategies across sourcing, governance outsourcing and management, business growth, new portfolios and offerings, technology solutions, sales and distribution management. He is an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and Bachelor of Technology from IIT Roorkee (Merit Scholar), and is an avid quizzer.

Manju Saini is the Director of Sales in Cogneesol. She handles global clients spanning multiple geographies across diverse industries (banks, insurance, logistics, pharma, etc.).

In a career spanning close to three decades, she has worked on diverse engagements in the IT and ITES sectors across the globe (India, UAE, Japan, and Australia-New Zealand). With excellent skills in planning and execution, having thus worked across diverse cultures, Manju is proficient in senior stakeholder management. Manju is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
