Ashim Khurana is the Chief Operating Officer of Cogneesol. He is responsible for delivering client services, optimizing business operations, driving growth, and developing new capabilities across our service portfolio.

In his role as COO, Ashim is focused on driving innovation, developing new capabilities, transforming client’s operating models, enhancing operational excellence, fostering growth, and taking the growth trajectory of Cogneesol to the next level.

Anupam Jain is the Head of Strategy and Transformation in Cogneesol. He is responsible for the organization’s go-to-market strategy across all geographies and service lines.

With strong experience in the ITES industry, Anupam has worked closely with top management teams to define strategies across sourcing, governance outsourcing and management, business growth, new portfolios and offerings, technology solutions, sales and distribution management. He is an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and Bachelor of Technology from IIT Roorkee (Merit Scholar), and is an avid quizzer.

Rahul is a strategic HR leader with deep expertise in building agile, scalable people functions across global and regional markets. His work spans startups and established enterprises, with a strong focus on HR transformation, organizational development, and culture-building.

At Cogneesol, Rahul leads the firm’s people strategy—driving alignment between business growth and talent priorities, and strengthening the company’s position as a future-ready, people-first organization.

At Cogneesol, Ilya Filipov leads enterprise sales across North America—driving growth initiatives, aligning cross-market priorities, and sharpening our go-to-market playbook.

He brings 17+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on scalable growth strategies that combine customer acquisition, operational discipline, and digital transformation. His leadership approach balances strategic foresight with executional rigor, always centered on delivering long-term client value.

Ajay is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise spanning life sciences and pharmaceutical services. He has led cross-functional teams in the US and globally, helping organizations scale capabilities in drug delivery, CDMO operations, and business development.

At Cogneesol, Ajay plays a strategic consultant role focused on expanding the firm’s presence in the life sciences space and aligning solutions with the evolving needs of pharmaceutical clients.

Manju Saini is the Director of Sales at Cogneesol. She handles global clients spanning multiple geographies across diverse industries (banks, insurance, logistics, pharma, etc.).

In a career spanning close to three decades, she has worked on diverse engagements in the IT and ITES sectors across the globe (India, UAE, Japan, and Australia-New Zealand).

With excellent skills in planning and execution, having thus worked across diverse cultures, Manju is proficient in senior stakeholder management. Manju is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Michael Scunziano is Cogneesol’s Strategic Advisor. He drives the organization’s sales growth, develops strategic partnerships, and spearheads our expansion plans in North America.
