We are looking for an ambitious, smart, bold and agile Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the Company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- Works on creating innovative solutions for customers
- Ability to respond to Request for Proposal, Information etc.
- Ability to storyboard presentations
- Understanding of As is and To be structures
- Ability to work under tight timelines
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
- Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new clients
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services
- To provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in Sales/ Business Development or on similar role.
