We used a combination of process streamlining and optimization practices along with change management tactics to root out operational inefficiencies, institute robust processes for sustained improvements, and manage organizational change to drive long-term growth and effectiveness
Cogneesol’s legal team implemented a three-phased plan:
- Clear Backlogs: In the immediate phase (within 12 months of our engagement), our team focused on clearing backlogs to enable the client to complete submission of case documents and work towards case closure. This involved prioritizing outstanding tasks, accelerating document processing, and implementing measures to prevent future delays
- Establish Workflows: In the subsequent phase (12-18 months), we focused on designing and implementing streamlined workflows to enhance operational efficiency. This included defining process flows, building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and comprehensive checklists for case management. The goal was to standardize procedures, reduce errors, and ensure consistency in case handling, thereby improving overall productivity
- Trigger Change Management: In the final phase (beyond 18 months), we initiated change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies. This involved engaging with the client teams to communicate changes, provide training and support to ensure smooth operations, and monitor the impact of changes to proactively address issues, if any.
