The data for claims at the client’s end needed to be sorted in the required structure to understand the related classification of unacceptable items vs. good food and non-food items.
On account of our extensive domain expertise and years of experience in related fields, our team of experts mapped a smarter to-be process of the client against the ‘as-is,’ and in collaboration with the client’s SMEs, created an intelligent automation tool that could differentiate between structured and unstructured claims data. This algorithm could then automatically classify items under different categories such as ‘Food,’ ‘Non-Food,’ and ‘Unacceptable’ items. It provided metrics to the client to assist in appropriate claims decisions, enabling faster and accurate decision making.
